摘　　要：文章通过对江苏海事职业技术学院轮机工程技术专业基于"工学结合、校企共育"的新型"订单式"人才培养模式探索,根据行业特点和国际公约,探讨建立符合轮机工程技术人才特点的"点单式"人才培养模式,创新"校、企、学"三主体共同发展的高职教育育人新机制。Based on the practice of ＂Ordering＂ talents training pattern characteristic of combination of study with work and college-enterprise cooperation in the Dept.of Marine Engineering,Jiangsu Maritime Institute,according to the industry characteristics and the international conventions,the paper probes into the establishment of ＂Ordering＂ talents training pattern in accordance with the features of marine engineering technology majors,aiming at innovating the cultivation mechanism by the integration of college,enterprises,and students to promote the joint development and improvement of the parties concerned.
