摘 要:通过现场中试研究了生物活性炭(BAC)处理循环水产养殖废水中氨氮、亚硝态氮、硝态氮和COD的效果,考察了运行条件对硝化反硝化的影响.中试运行条件:滤速4m·h-1,水温22℃,pH7.21~7.65.在BAC进水溶解氧10.4~15.1mg·L-1、氨氮2.34~4.01mg·L-1、亚硝酸盐氮0.83~1.67mg·L-1、硝酸盐氮0.82~1.44mg·L-1、COD35.6~59.2mg·L-1条件下,氨氮、亚硝酸盐氮和COD的平均去除率分别为90.9%、90.2%、74.5%,反硝化脱氮效率为65.4%.反应器内含氮化合物空间分布分析以及微生物数量测定结果表明,反应器内发生了分层硝化反硝化现象.保持进水水温、pH相对稳定、充足的进水溶解氧和足够的停留时间是生物活性炭滤柱稳定高效运行的必要条件,适度的反冲洗也是主要的影响因子之一.The removal of ammonia,nitrite,nitrate and COD from circulating aquaculture wastewater with biological activated carbon (BAC) as well as the effects of running conditions on nitrification and denitrification was investigated through pilot-scale tests.The running conditions were set as hydraulic loading 4 m·h-1,temperature 22 ℃,and pH 7.21~7.65.The removal of ammonia,nitrite,nitrate and COD were 90.9%,90.2%,65.4% and 74.5%,respectively,with the influent concentrations of ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,COD and DO at 2.34~4.01 mg·L-1,0.83~1.67 mg·L-1,0.82~1.44 mg·L-1,35.6~59.2 mg·L-1 and 10.4~15.1 mg·L-1,respectively.Analysis of the spatial distribution of inorganic nitrogen-compounds and the microbial populations in the reactor demonstrated the layered nitrification-denitrification process.Constant water temperature and pH,sufficient dissolved oxygen and sufficient residence time were the key factors for the efficient and stable operation of BAC system.Adequate backwash process was also necessary to obtain steady performance.
