摘  要:通过对以铁精粉、煤粉、石灰石及少量添加剂为主要原料的含碳球团进行还原试验,研究了碱度(CaO/SiO2)、反应时间、加热温度、添加剂及配碳比(C/O)等不同因素对于含碳球团还原熔分及珠铁中硫含量的影响,并分析了硫元素的分配情况。试验及分析结果表明:碱度、配碳比和反应时间对于珠铁中硫含量的影响较大,而对于碱度较高的含碳球团(CaO/SiO2=1.4、1.6),加热温度和添加剂主要影响其还原熔分情况,对珠铁中硫含量的影响较小。通过调整不同参数,可以得到熔分状态较好和含硫量较低的珠铁。The reductive experiment was conducted for coal-containing pellet made from main raw materials including iron concentrate fines,pulverized coal, limestone and a few additives, the influencea of different factors including basicity (CaO/ SiO2), reaction time, heating temperature,additives and carbon oxygen ratio(C/O)on reduction, melting and separation of coal- containing pellets and sulfur content in iron nuggets were studied, and the allocation of sulfur element was analyzed. The experiment and analysis results show that:basicity,carbon oxygen ratio and reaction time have significant influences on sulfur content in iron nuggets. But as for coal-containing pellet with higher basicity (CaO/SiO2 -- 1.4, 1.6), the heating temperature and additives mainly affect the behaviour of reduction, melting and separation, and the influence on sulfur content in iron nuggets is not obvious. Good melting separation condition and low sulfur content in iron nuggets can be obtained in the experiment by adjusting different parameters.
