摘　　要：总结了12例宫颈锥切术后患者妊娠分娩的护理经验。采取术后复查与妊娠指导;妊娠期评估宫颈锥切术情况,有效地治疗阴道炎症,及时发现流产和早产的先兆,并提供合适的治疗和护理;分娩期酌情选择分娩方式,做好产程观察;提供心理支持、指导产后复查等,12例孕妇均顺利度过围产期,母婴健康。This paper summarizes the experience of pregnancy and delivery care of 12 patients after cervical conization. The key points of nursing were postoperative follow-up and pregnancy guidance;cervical assessment during pregnancy,positive treatment of colpitis,detection and treatment of threatened abortion and premature labor timely;guidance on the selection of delivery means,close observation of labor process,psychological support during delivery and postpartum follow-up. All of the 12 patients passed through the perinatal period successfully.
