摘　　要：目的了解上海市部分医院术前访视的现状,找出薄弱环节,为提高术前访视的质量和效果提供参考。方法将前期研究所构建的术前访视内容标准转化为问卷,调查了上海市三级甲等医院和二级甲等医院各4所,共134名手术室护士,以及其中2所医院的53例患者。结果所制订的55个条目均被不同程度地实施,但其中有14个条目的实施率低于50%。患者对接收到术前访视信息的详细程度按Likert 5级进行评分,总评分为(2.52±0.43)分。结论应加强薄弱环节相关信息的评估和宣教,并加大手术室护士人力资源配置及手术室护士专业知识、心理辅导和交流沟通技能方面的培训。Objective To investigate the current status of preoperative visiting in Shanghai,and to analyze the problems,so as to provide reference for improving the quality and effectiveness of preoperative visiting. Methods Totally 134 operating room nurses from four upper first-class hospitals,four middle first-class hospitals and 53 patients from two hospitals among the above eight were investigated with self-designed questionnaires about the contents of preoperative visiting, Results Each of the 55 items of the preoperative visiting was implemented by nurses at different levels,among which,the implementation rates in 14 items were lower than 50 percent. The overall score about the details of information rated by patients was 2.52±0.43. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthen the assesment and health eduation on the weak links in preoperative visiting,increase nurse staffing in operating rooms,and enhance nurse training on professional knowledge,skills on psychological care and communication.
