摘 要:在电能质量市场机制下,为了实现分布式发电系统按电能质量分质定价上网的目的,迫切需要找到一种有效的电能质量综合评估方法。针对分布式发电系统电能质量综合评估进行了研究,建立了其电能质量评估的分级指标体系,提出了量化其电能质量优劣程度的突变决策模型。该方法具有严格的理论基础,可操作性强,且能消除评估过程中人为因素的影响,结果更加客观、准确。以某风电场的实测数据为例,验证了所提出方法的可行性。The price for distributed generation system power connected to the grid is measured by its power quality in the future power market,therefore it is urgent to find an effective power quality comprehensive evaluation method.The power quality comprehensive evaluation for distributed power generation systems is studied.A hierarchical evaluation system for power quality is established,and a novel model for power quality comprehensive evaluation is proposed,where the catastrophe decision theory is applied.The proposed method has rigorous theoretical foundation,and it is easy to implement.In addition,it can eliminate the subjective factors during the assessment process.So the result is more objective and accurate.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the presented method is confirmed by the measured data from a large wind farm.
