基于HIS“真实世界”的丹红注射液治疗冠心病患者合并用药分析

摘　　要：目的:采用关联分析的方法研究使用丹红注射液治疗冠心病患者合并用药规律。方法:选取北京市10家大型三甲综合性医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)中使用过丹红注射液的2 070例冠心病患者的用药信息,用频数统计的方法找出使用频次较高药物进行评价,根据关联规则中Apriori算法进行分析与丹红注射液联合用药情况。结果:HIS"真实世界"数据库中,丹红注射液治疗冠心病常常与阿司匹林口服剂、硝酸酯类口服剂、氯吡格雷口服剂、心通口服剂一起合并使用。结论:丹红注射液在治疗冠心病患者时常与药理作用相似的化学药物联合使用,请临床医生注意患者的获益与风险。Objective： To analyze the rules of medicinal groups that doctors treat angina pectoris using Danhong injection. Method： Two thousands and seventy cases from hospital information system of 10 hospitals in Beijing 3a grade hospital were collected. Then use frequencies to find the most common drug and use association rules with apriori algorithm to analyze doctor＇s prescription compatibility rules curing coronary heart disease. Result： The compatibility among aspirin, oral nitrate, oral dose of clopidogrel and oral dose of Xintong was the most frequently used medicinal groups with Danhong injection in real world HIS database. Conclusion： Danhong injection was used at treatment of coronary heart disease is often combination with similar pharmacological effects chemical drugs. Doctors should balance the benefits and the risks.
