摘 要:为解决缓倾斜薄铁矿体开采中采矿成本高、安全管理难等一系列问题,结合官店铁矿开采技术条件,设计采用液压支架护顶长壁式单层崩落法开采。实践证明,液压支架简化了长壁式单层崩落法支护与撤柱的工艺流程,加强了顶板管理工作,改善了采场作业环境,充分提高了矿石回收率,对顶板不稳固的水平、缓倾斜薄矿体的开采具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。In order to solve a series of problems such as high mining cost, great difficulty of safety management etc. in mining gently dipping thin ore body, according to the technical conditions of mining in Guandian iron mine, a long - wall single - layer caving combined with roof supporting by hydraulic prop was designed. The practice proved that the using of hydraulic prop simplified the technological process of support and prop removing, enhanced the roof management, improved the work environment of mining stope, and sufficiently improved the ore recovery rate. The design is of good signification for the mining of horizontal, gently inclined and thinner ore body which has an unstable roof.
