摘 要:阐述了火电厂对能耗及排放进行小指标管理的不足,介绍了集能耗监测、能耗诊断、能耗管理为一体的机组能耗及环保在线监测系统的研究成果,从火电发电企业能耗及排放管理的现状、NO_x排放收费标准、NO_(?)排放评价模型、能耗及排放综合考核管理模型等几个方面进行研究,建立了新型能耗、排放评价方法及综合考核管理体系。介绍了在上海外高桥发电有限责任公司等电厂的应用情况及效益。This paper points out the deficiencies in minor index management of energy consumption and emissions of thermal power plants. Some research achievements are introduced, including power unit energy consumption integrated with on-line energy consumption monitoring, diagnosis and management, as well as on-line monitoring system of environmental protection. The new energy consumption, emission evaluation method and the comprehensive appraisal management system were established based on the research of the status quo of the energy consumption and emissions management in thermal power enterprises, NOx emissions charges, NOx emission evaluation model, energy consumption and emissions comprehensive appraisal management model and so on. Their application in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Co. , Ltd. demonstrates the good economic and social benefits.
