摘  要:目的研究蓝莓中不同形态蛋白硒的富集分离及测定体系。方法非完全硝化—连续提取—巯基棉富集分离,用浓度1.5 mol/L、流速1.0 ml/min的HCl,通过巯基棉富集分离并用2.0 mol/L HNO3加热解脱硒,在优化石墨炉原子吸收法的测定条件下测定。结果丹东地区蓝莓中微量硒含量测定方法的线性回归方程为:A=0.2037C-0.0192(μg/L),可决系数r=0.9832,线性范围0.19~200μg/L;方法检出限(3σ)为12.4 ng/L,回收率为95.6%~106.4%;RSD〈4.5%。结论用HNO3-H2O2-HCl的硝化体系、连续提取和巯基棉富集分离,能消除样品中部分干扰离子,使蓝莓中蛋白硒的测定损失少、测定干扰小,结果稳定。Objective To study the enrichment separation and determination system of different forms of selenium protein in blueberries.Method Incomplete nitrification,successive extraction,and sulfhydryl cotton were used in enrichment separation.The concentration of HCl was 1.5 mol/L and,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min in enrichment separation by sulphydryl cotton.Se was released by heating with 2.0 mol/L HNO3 and determined by graphic furnace atomic obsorption spectrometry(GF-AAS).Results In the determination of trace selenium in blueberries in Dandong area,the linear regression equation was A =0.2037C(μg/L)-0.0192,with coefficient r=0.9832,linear range 0.19-200 μg/L,detection limit(3σ) 12.4 ng/L,recovery rate 95.6%-106.4% and RSD4.5%.Conclusion In HNO3-H2O2-HCl nitrification system,some interfering ions in the samples could be eliminated by successive extraction and sulfhydryl cotton and the loss of selenium protein in the determination was little,the interference also small,and the results stable.
