摘 要:用聚硅硫酸钛絮凝处理长江水,所产生的絮凝污泥经干燥、煅烧处理后制备了具有较高催化活性的复合光催化剂,并用XRD对其进行了表征。考察了絮凝pH值、煅烧温度、絮凝剂投加量和光催化剂投加量等因素对复合光催化剂光催化降解活性艳红K-2BP溶液的影响。结果表明,当絮凝pH值为4,煅烧温度为500℃,絮凝剂投加量为0.2 g/L时,制备的复合光催化剂催化活性最佳,光催化降解浓度为25 mg/L的活性艳红K-2BP溶液15 min后降解率达99.9%,与同等实验条件下P-25的降解效率相当。A high performance composite photocatalyst was prepared using the sludge produced from the flocculation of Yangtze River water by poly-silicic-titanic sulfate and then dried and calcined. The photocatalyst prepared at different calcination temperatures was characterized in terms of X-ray diffraction (XRD). The effects of pH of the water, dose of the flocculant and photocatalyst as well as temperature of calcinations on the photodegradation rate of reactive brilliant red K-2BP were investigated. The results show that the optimum preparation conditions were pH 4 for river water, calcination temperature of 500℃ and flocculant dose of 0.2 g/L. The degradation rate of reactive brilliant red K-2BP of 25 mg/L was up to 99.9% after irradiation under UV light for 15 rain, which is nearly the same as that of P25.
