摘 要:介绍了全过程欠平衡钻井的关键技术和关键配套设备。在沙特MTLH-1井全过程欠平衡钻井实践中,进行了设备优选,配套了性能可靠的关键设备,为全过程实施欠平衡钻井作业提供了基础。同时进行了欠平衡钻井关键参数设计与计算,为钻井参数、钻井方式、钻井液性能等的设计与选择提供了施工依据。在施工中,成功应用了全过程欠平衡钻井的关键技术,实现了钻进、取心、起下钻、测井以及测试等全过程的欠平衡,有效保护了油气层。沙特MTLH-1井全过程欠平衡钻井关键技术的成功应用,对该地区的勘探开发具有重要意义。The key techniques in whole-process underbalanced drilling,including the key support equipment in whole-process underbalanced drilling and principle and features of downhole casing valve were introduced.During whole-process underbalanced drilling practice in Well MTLH-1 of Saudi Arabia,the equipment was optimized and key equipment and machineries were supplied,by which a basis was provided for the whole-process underbalanced drilling.Key parameter design and calculation of underbalanced drilling provide a foundation for the design and selection of drilling parameters,drilling modes and the property of drilling fluids etc.In the drilling process,key technique is successfully used,which helps the realization of the whole-process underbalanced drilling,such as drilling,coring,tripping,logging,well testing etc.The oil and gas formation is protected efficiently.The successful application of the key technique of whole-process underbalanced drilling in Well MTLH-1 of Saudi Arabia is significant for oil exploration and development in the block..
