摘　　要：介绍了用于玻璃纤维网格布纬纱的中碱直接无捻粗纱的性能要求。通过浸润剂原材料的筛选、配方设计、不同配方体系的用户现场应用性能验证试验以及持续的规模化工业生产对比认证等工作的开展,完成了玻璃纤维网格布用中碱直接无捻粗纱浸润剂的开发,其中以自有的高分子量饱和聚酯乳液作为主成膜剂的浸润剂体系获得了市场认可。The property requirements for C-glass direct roving used as the weft of mesh fabric are stated. Through a series of work including the selection of raw materials, the design of size formulas, the performance tests on different formulas at the sites of customers and the comparison and appraisal for continuous scale production, such sizing systems have been developed, among which the sizing system with self-made emulsion of high molecular weight saturated polyester as the principal film-former has been recognized on market.
