摘  要:根据马钢1#2500m3高炉定修时间长的特点,通过不断调整和完善休复风方案,即合理添加休风料、合理控制复风后炉料负荷、风速以及捅风口速度、强化炉前出铁等措施,实现了高炉定修后炉况的快速恢复,并结合两个案例详细地进行阐述,总结了快速恢复中的经验及特点。Based on the long duration of scheduled maintenance of Masteel's No. 1 2500m3 blast furnace and through continuous adjustment and improvement of blast stop and re-blowing plans, normal operation conditions were resumed soon after re-blowing. The stop and re-blowing plans included measures such as proper addition of downtime materials, proper control of re-blowing charge load, blast rate and tuyere poking speed and intensifying tapping opera- tion. This practice is described in detail with two real cases. Experiences in quick operation recovery and characteris- tics of the practice are summarized.
