摘　　要：介绍了技术标准、技术标准战略的概念和内涵,阐述了标准战略之间的彼此联系、相互转化关系,介绍了马钢实施标准战略的选择和实施情况,指出了实施标准战略是打造企业核心竞争力的必然趋势。The concept and content of the technical standard and the technical standard strategy as well as the mu- tual relationships of the standard strategies were described. The selection and implementation of the standard strategies in Masteel were introduced. It was pointed out that the implementation of the standard strategy was an inevitable trend to build the core competitiveness of enterprises.
