摘　　要：根据长时间彩涂板一线生产的实际经验,总结出涂料本身、钝化工艺、清洗工艺、固化工艺以及生产现场环境情况等多方面原因,都有可能影响到彩涂板最终产品的弯曲性能,并特别提出了钝化工艺中常常被忽视的一些细节问题。According to the actual production experience of the color-coated sheet over the long period, it was concluded that many factors, such as the coating itself, the passivation technology, the cleaning process, the curing process and the production field environment, etc. could affect the T-bend properties of the color-coated sheet. Some neglected factors in passivation process were also put forward here.
