摘 要:近些年来,学界对人事档案管理的研究主要集中于人事档案管理问题与对策、人事档案信息化管理、高校人事档案、流动人员人事档案、企业人事档案、人事档案系统等方面的研究。我国人事档案管理研究的不足主要表现在关注国内人事档案问题的研究多,借鉴国外经验的研究少;针对个别单位人事档案问题的研究多,探讨共性问题的研究少;实际问题研究多,理论概括少。今后应该加强人事档案工作改革、人事档案的"三化"以及人事档案法制建设的研究。In recent years, the research on personnel files management are mainly focused on several aspects, for instance, problems and countermeasures of personnel files management, informationization of personnel files management, personnel files in Universities, Personnel management of recurrent population, personnel files in the enterprises and personnel files system, etc.. The inadequate researches on Chinese personnel files management are mainly revealed in three aspects, first and foremost, there are more researches on the problems of domestic personnel files, less researches with reference to the experience of personnel files management in abroad; secondly, the researches attach importance to the problems of per- sonnel files in few units, ignore the typical problems; lastly, the researches care about the practical problems, neglect the theoretical generalization. From now on, we should lay emphasis on the reform of personnel files work, the modernization, normalization and standardization of personnel files management and the legal construction of personnel flies.
