摘 要:探讨重组鲨肝刺激物质类似物(r-sHSA)对CCl_4急性肝损伤模型的保护作用。采用CCl_4花生油溶液(0.15%,ip)诱导小鼠急性肝损伤,用改良赖氏法测定血清ALT、AST、MDA水平,并观察病理变化。结果显示r-sHSA能显著降低CCl_4所致小鼠ALT和AST升高,恢复AST/ALT比值,降低MDA的含量。病理切片显示r-sHSA能明显减轻CCl_4对肝组织的损伤。r-HSA对CCl_4急性肝损伤小鼠具有一定的保护作用。To investigate the protective effects of recombinant shark hepatical stimulator analogue (r-sHSA) on acute hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride ( CCl4 ) in mice, the acute liver-injury model of ICR mice induced by CCl4 was established by a single intraperitoneal injection of CCl4 (0.15%) at a dose of 20 mg/kg body weight. Serum ALT and AST activities were analyzed. Histopathological changes in the liver were also examined. The results showed r-sHSA could significantly decrease the activities of mouse serum AI,T and AST caused by CC14,recuperate AST/ALT ratio and reduce the content of MDA. Hepatic histological examination showed that r-sHSA could reduce the injury to liver tissue, r-sHSA has a protective effect on acute liver injury by CCl4 in mice.
