摘　　要：在现有高压力级别法兰标准缺少的前提下,基于现有国家高压法兰标准而设计更高压力级非标法兰的基本思路,介绍了焊接接管、法兰、螺钉、O形密封圈等增强优化的关键点、基本计算方法和强度校核的主要方向。该法兰成功应用于钢管水压试验机55 MPa(8 000 psi)级高压水路上,其密封性好,安全可靠,拆装方便,维护成本低,配合相关管路附件布管灵活,改线便捷,应用效果良好。Under the condition of lack high pressure flange standards, according to the design idea of higher pressure non-standard flange based on the current high pressure flange design standard, it introduced key views of enhancement and optimization, basic calculation method and the main directions of strength check for butt welding pipe, flange, screw and O-ring seal. This kind of flange was successfully applied in 55 MPa（8 000 psi） high pressure waterway of steel pipe hydrostatic tester, it possesses many advantages, such as good sealing performance, safe and reliable, easy dismounting and assembling and low maintenance cost. It is flexible to dispose pipe in associated with pipeline accessories, and easy to change pipeline conveniently. The application effect is very good.
