摘　　要：研究了BF6M1015C柴油机高压共轨喷油系统方案,并进行了共轨管的匹配设计;采用AMESim软件仿真了共轨管结构参数,分析了共轨管的布置结构、共轨管形状和容积对轨压建立、轨压跟随和轨压波动的影响,并最后根据仿真结果对共轨管进行了结构设计。In this passage,the high pressure common rail injection system on the BF6M1015C diesel engine was investigated,the matching of common rails was designed.The emulational model of common rails was built with AMESime emulation soft.Some structure parameters were emulated,for example,the influence of the assembly shape,construction and volume of common rails on the establish,control and fluctuating of the common rail pressure.At last,according to the result of emulation,the structure of common rails was designed.
