摘 要:为达到以三维工序模型作为机加工艺信息载体的目的,研究了三维机加工序模型的辅助生成方法。分析了工序模型生成的Petri网模型,划分了三维工序模型生成的阶段过程。面向机加工艺知识建立了工艺本体,面向三维建模知识建立了建模本体,并在两者之间构建了映射转换关系。提出了工序模型的正向生成方法和逆向生成方法。在正向生成方法中研究了面向2.5维和超2.5维加工特征的加工余量生成方法,在逆向生成法中分析了其应用方法和约束条件,从而辅助工艺员面向机加工艺知识创建三维工序模型。To achieve the purpose of taking Three Dimensional(3D) process model as machining procedure information's carrier,a 3D machining procedure model aided generation method was proposed.The method analyzed Petri net model which generated by procedure model,and the generation phases of procedure model were divided.Process ontology orient to machining process design and modeling ontology oriented to 3D modeling information were established.Besides,transformation mapping relationship between two ontology was constructed.Positive creation method and negative creation method of procedure model were presented.In positive creation method,the process redundancy creation method oriented to 2.5D and exceeding 2.5D machining feature was studied.In negative creation method,the application and constraint condition were analyzed.By these methods,3D procedure model could be created by using machining process knowledge.
