Effect of Ultra-dry Storage and Pre-Humidification Treament on Seed Germination and Physiological Characteristics of Pinus bungeana

摘  要:采用硅胶法,对白皮松种子进行脱水处理,对获得的各含水量种子(7.27%、4.14%、3.19%和2.18%)进行3个月的室温贮藏,以常规冷库贮藏种子为对照。通过对贮藏前及贮藏后经回湿处理的种子进行发芽、酶活性及丙二醛的测定,研究超干贮藏与回湿处理对白皮松种子萌发及生理特性的影响。结果表明:(1)与未贮藏种子相比,不同含水量的种子贮藏后其发芽和生理指标均有所下降,但含水量为3.19%的种子各指标降幅最小,其中发芽率仅下降4.88%,达到52%;与冷库贮藏种子相比,含水量为3.19%的种子各指标也没有显著差异;(2)与未回湿种子相比,经回湿处理后的各含水量种子发芽和生理指标都有所提高,其中含水量为3.19%的种子各指标均已超过初始种子,发芽率达68%,酶活性保持在最高水平,种子的抗脂质氧化能力最强。Different moisture content of Pinus bungeana seeds(7.27% ,4.14% ,3. 19% and 2.18% ) were desiccated by silica gel, and then storaged in ambient temperature for 3 months, and with the seeds storaged in refrigerator as the control. The ability of germination, the activity of enzymatic and the content of malonaldehyde were determined after pre-humidification treatment. The results indicated that: (1)The germination and physiological indexes of seeds which had been storaged all decreased to some extent, compared with not storaged seeds, but the moisture content of 3.19% seeds had the minimum decreasing, the germination only decreased 4.88%, come up to 52%. When compared with the control seeds, the germination and physiologi- cal indexes of the seeds with the MC of 3.19% had insignificant difference. (2)The germination and physiological indexes of the seeds which were pre-humidification treamented all increased to some extent, compared with un-humidification seeds, and the indexes of seeds with MC of 3.19% even overdue the initial seeds, achieve to the maximum, the germination reached to 68%, the activity of enzymatic were kept at the highest level, and the ability of resist lipid oxidation was also in the best status.
