超干贮藏与回湿处理对白皮松种子萌发及生理特性的影响  

Effect of Ultra-dry Storage and Pre-Humidification Treament on Seed Germination and Physiological Characteristics of Pinus bungeana

摘　　要：采用硅胶法,对白皮松种子进行脱水处理,对获得的各含水量种子(7.27%、4.14%、3.19%和2.18%)进行3个月的室温贮藏,以常规冷库贮藏种子为对照。通过对贮藏前及贮藏后经回湿处理的种子进行发芽、酶活性及丙二醛的测定,研究超干贮藏与回湿处理对白皮松种子萌发及生理特性的影响。结果表明:(1)与未贮藏种子相比,不同含水量的种子贮藏后其发芽和生理指标均有所下降,但含水量为3.19%的种子各指标降幅最小,其中发芽率仅下降4.88%,达到52%;与冷库贮藏种子相比,含水量为3.19%的种子各指标也没有显著差异;(2)与未回湿种子相比,经回湿处理后的各含水量种子发芽和生理指标都有所提高,其中含水量为3.19%的种子各指标均已超过初始种子,发芽率达68%,酶活性保持在最高水平,种子的抗脂质氧化能力最强。Different moisture content of Pinus bungeana seeds（7.27% ,4.14% ,3. 19% and 2.18% ） were desiccated by silica gel, and then storaged in ambient temperature for 3 months, and with the seeds storaged in refrigerator as the control. The ability of germination, the activity of enzymatic and the content of malonaldehyde were determined after pre-humidification treatment. The results indicated that： （1）The germination and physiological indexes of seeds which had been storaged all decreased to some extent, compared with not storaged seeds, but the moisture content of 3.19% seeds had the minimum decreasing, the germination only decreased 4.88%, come up to 52%. When compared with the control seeds, the germination and physiologi- cal indexes of the seeds with the MC of 3.19% had insignificant difference. （2）The germination and physiological indexes of the seeds which were pre-humidification treamented all increased to some extent, compared with un-humidification seeds, and the indexes of seeds with MC of 3.19% even overdue the initial seeds, achieve to the maximum, the germination reached to 68%, the activity of enzymatic were kept at the highest level, and the ability of resist lipid oxidation was also in the best status.
