摘 要:从供应链协作创新的核心企业制造商出发,基于上游供应商对下游创新的影响,在需求对价格敏感的情况下考虑了供应商、制造商、第三方研发机构协作创新的博弈过程,对供应链创新协作的三种模式进行了建模分析。研究结果发现,在创新能力相当的情况下,无论从创新力度、各方期望利润,还是从满足需求量等来看,制造商与供应链上关系紧密的上游供应商协作创新的模式不但可以降低自己创新的投资和风险,而且提高了供应链协作伙伴的创新力度和水平,又可以在收益上双赢,其优于不进行协作创新和委托第三方研发机构的协作创新模式。最后进一步提出了供应链协调策略。Proceed from the core manufacturer of supply chain collaborative innovation,based on the influence of upstream suppliers on downstream innovation,three supply chain collaboration innovation modes were modeled and analyzed by considering the game process which involving supplier,manufacturer and third-party research institute under the circumstance that demand was sensitive to price.The study result illustrated that as the manufacturer innovation ability was stable,no matter judging from innovation inputs,expected profits or demand quantities,the upper supplier collaborative innovation mode whose supply chain closed to manufacturer could not only decrease self risk and investment of innovation,but improve the innovative level,and reached innovation input win-win at the same time.The mode was superior to that of collaborating with third-party and non-collaborative innovation.At last,a coordination strategy of supply chain was proposed further.
