摘　　要：为减少退货在逆向供应链系统中的价值损耗,分析了退货产品在逆向供应链中的时间价值,结果发现退货率、不同退货比重等因素会影响退货产品的边际时间价值,即退货产品的时间敏感性。时间敏感性进而影响逆向供应链系统的设计,时间敏感性越高的退货产品适合于响应度越高的逆向供应链。研究结论表明,随着产品退货率、新产品退货比重、产品价格时间折现因子、再处理品售价和再制造生产率的增加,退货产品的边际时间价值增大,应该加快逆向供应链中退货的流动,增加逆向供应链的响应度。To reduce value loss of product returns in reverse supply chain,the time value of product returns in reverse supply chain was analyzed.Result indicated that such as return rate and proportion of different type returns influenced the marginal time value of product returns,which was called as time-sensitivity of returned products.The time-sensitivity would further influence the design of reverse supply chain.Returned product with high time-sensitivity was suitable for reverse supply chain with high response,otherwise was suitable for reverse supply chain with low response.It concluded that with the increase in return rate,proportion of new product returns,continuous-time discount rate,price of recovery product and remanufacturing productivity,marginal time value was increased.It was needed to speed up the returns flow and increase the response of reverse supply chain.
