糖尿病合并高血压患者血清内脂素与肾素-血管紧张素系统的关系

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病合并高血压患者血清内脂素水平的变化及肾素-血管紧张素系统对其的影响。方法测定50例糖尿病合并高血压患者、30例血压正常糖尿病患者和30例正常对照组血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平,观察喹那普利治疗合并高血压糖尿病患者血清内脂素、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平的变化。结果糖尿病合并高血压患者的血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平明显升高(均P<0.01),血清内脂素与平均动脉压、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平呈明显正相关(γ=0.496,γ=0.521,均P<0.01)。应用喹那普利治疗后,血清内脂素、血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ水平明显降低(均P<0.01)。结论血清内脂素水平升高在糖尿病合并高血压病中发挥重要作用,肾素-血管紧张素系统影响患者血清内脂素水平。【Objective】 To investigate the changes of serum visfatin and effects of renin-angiotensin-system in diabetic patients with hypertension.【Methods】 The levels of serum visfatin and plasma angiotension Ⅱ were measured in 50 type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension,30 type 2 diabetic patients with normotension and 30 healthy controls.The changes of serum visfatin and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ were investigated in type 2 diabetic patients with hypertension after the treatment of ACEINHIBITORS Qunapril Hydrochloride.【Results】 Results showed that the serum visfatin level and plasma angiotensin Ⅱ level were significantly higher in diabetic patients with hypertension than those in diabetic patients with normotension and healthy controls（all P〈0.01）.Positive correlations were found between serum visfatin and MAP or between serum visfatin and angiotensinⅡ in diabetic patients with hypertension（γ=0.469 and 0.521 respectively,both P〈0.01）.【Conclusion】 The high serum level of visfatin,which is influenced by the renin-anyiotensin-system activity,may play an important role in the development of hypertension in diabetic patients.
