摘　　要：通过对大型钢锭模的产品特征、材质特性、结构设计、铸造工艺等方面的研究与应用，归纳并提出保证钢锭模内壁质量的铸造工艺方案，对提高钢锭模使用寿命具有重要意义。Based on the research and application of the product feature, material characteristic, structural design and casting process for the heavy ingot mould, the casting process program to ensure the inwall quality of ingot mould were concluded and put forward, which has the important meaning to improve the service life of ingot mould.
