摘 要:对城市污水处理厂二级出水中的DOM进行树脂分离得到6种组分:疏水性有机酸(HoA)、疏水性有机碱(HoB)、疏水中性有机物(HoN)、亲水性有机酸(HiA)、亲水性有机碱(HiB)、亲水中性有机物(HiN),探寻各组分中有机物的种类、来源及其与消毒副产物生成潜能(THMFP)的关系。结果表明,HoA和HiA的含量最多,分别占原水DOC的29%和36%,二者的THMFP也最大,分别为301.9μg/L和92.9μg/L。通过对三维荧光光谱的分析得出,HoA和HiA含有大量的芳香族蛋白质、溶解性微生物代谢产物(SMP)、腐殖质类物质,HoB中含有明显的芳香族蛋白质和SMP荧光峰,三者均导致较高的THMFP。因此,芳香族氨基酸、腐殖酸、富里酸和SMP是重要的消毒副产物前体物。研究还发现各组分的SUVA与THMFP具有正相关性,说明溶解性有机物的SUVA也是影响THMs生成的主要因素之一。According to different chemical composition, dissolved organic matter (DOM) in secondary , effluent from a conventional wastewater treatment plant was isolated using XAD resin adsorbents into six classes: hydrophobic acids (HoA), hydrophobic bases (HoB), hydrophobic neutrals (HoN), hydrophilie acids (HiA), hydrophilic bases (HiB) and hydrophihe neutrals (HiN). Tile objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between source and components of each DOM fraction and THMFP. The results show that HoA and HiA are the dominant fractions in the secondary effluent DOM, being 29% and 36% of total DOC respectively, and THMFPs of these two fractions are the maximum, being 301.9 ug/L and 92.9 ug/L respectively. The analysis results of 3DEEM show that HiA and HoA contain a large amount of aromatic proteins, SMP and humic matters, which lead to high THMFP, and HoB also contains aromatic proteins and SMP. Thus, aromatic amino acid, humic acid, fulvic acid and SMP are important THMs precursors. It is'also found that SUVA exhibits a positive correlation with THM- FP, which indicates that SUVA is one of main factors influencing THMs formation.
