摘 要:采用好氧颗粒污泥技术处理低温城市污水,探讨了低温好氧颗粒污泥的形成机理,考察了有机负荷、水力停留时间和曝气量对序批气提式反应器运行的影响。结果表明,低温好氧颗粒污泥具有较高的生物量和较好的沉降性能,其胞外聚合物中的蛋白质含量达到11.99 mg/gMLSS,远高于多糖类物质的含量,这是低温好氧颗粒污泥形成的重要因素。有机负荷的变化对去除COD和TP的影响较小,但较高的有机负荷会导致出水NH4+-N浓度升高和NO2--N的积累,出水NO2--N达8.2 mg/L;延长HRT可使对TN的去除率升高到79.0%,但对去除TP的影响不大;当曝气量较高时,对TN和TP的去除率都有所下降,控制曝气量为0.10 m3/h可以实现对氮、磷的同步高效去除。Aerobic granular sludge (AGS) technology was used for domestic sewage treatment, the formation mechanism of AGS at low temperature was discussed, and the effects of organic loading rate ( OLR), hydraulic retention time (HRT) and aeration rate on the operation of sequencing batch airlift reactor (SBAR) were investigated. The experimental results indicate that at low temperature, AGS has higher biomass and better settleability. The protein content in extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) is 11.99 mg/g MLSS, which is higher than the polysaccharide content. The relatively high content of prorein is the key factor of AGS formation at low temperature. The variation of OLR has less impact on COD and TP removal, but higher OLR may lead to higher effluent NH4+ - N and accumulation of NO2- - N, the content of NO2 - -N is nearly 8.2 mg/L. TN removal rate is up to 79.0% when HRT is prolonged, however, TP removal rate does not significantly change. TN and TP removal rates are decreased when aeration rate is increased, therefore, aeration rate should be controlled at 0. 10 m3/h to obtain simultaneously nitrogen and phosphorus removal.
