果糖注射液在肿瘤患者中应用的合理性分析

摘　　要：目的:了解果糖注射液在我院肿瘤患者中的应用情况并分析其合理性。方法:随机抽取我院2009-2010年8182例应用果糖注射液中的75份患者病历,分别从科室应用比例、适应证、日用量及疗程、配伍情况等方面进行统计、分析。结果:外科科室应用比例占98.7%,90.7%为手术患者,疗程多在7d内,日均用量多在500mL内;与果糖配伍最多的为抗癌增强免疫药,配伍的28种药品中有7种存在配伍依据。结论:果糖注射液在我院应用还存在一定问题,配伍有待进一步考察,在临床配伍时需慎重。OBJECTIVE： To explore the application situation of Fructose injection for cancer patients in our hospital so as to analyze the rationality of it. METHODS： 75 medical records from 8 182 cases of Fructose injection were randomly collected from our hospital from 2009-2010. 75 medical records were analyzed statistically in respect of the rate of department consumption, indications, daily dose, treatment course and the compatibility of antibiotics, etc. RESULTS： The proportion of surgical department was 98.7% and 90.7% patients were surgical patients. The treatment course mostly was within 7 days. The average daily dose was within 500 mL. The drug compatibility with fructose the most was anticancer drugs for enhancing the immunity. There was compatibility evidence for 7 drugs among 28 kinds. CONCLUSION： There are certain problems of Fructose injection used in our hospital. Compatibility conditions need to be further investigated and we should be cautious for clinical compatibility.
