阿魏酸钠对糖尿病血小板活化及血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨阿魏酸钠对糖尿病血小板活化及血液流变学的影响。方法选取108例2型糖尿病患者观察其治疗前后血小板活化指标CD62p、CD63、TSD、血小板最大聚集率及血液流变学指标全血粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞最大变形指数、最大聚集指数的变化。结果治疗后血小板活化指标CD62p、CD63、TSD、血小板最大聚集率及血液流变学指标均明显降低(P<0.01)。结论阿魏酸钠治疗能减少糖尿病患者的血小板活化,保护血管内皮功能,对糖尿病血管病变的治疗有积极作用。Objective： To study the effect of Sodium Ferulate on platelet activition and blood rheology in type 2 diabetes.Methods： 108 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.The CD62p,CD63,TSD,maximum platelet aggregation rate and blood rheology were observed.Results： The expressions of CD62p,CD63 and TSD on the surface of platelet and the maximum platelet aggregation rate and blood rheology were decreased after the treatment.Conclusion： The study shows that Sodium Ferulate can significantly detect platelet activition and protect vascular endothelial.
