摘　　要：研究目的:分析耕地功能的层次性及其与加强耕地保护的关系,提出促进耕地多功能保护的途径。研究方法:文献资料法与定性分析法。研究结果:耕地多功能具有层次性,可以分为基本功能和衍生功能,并与社会经济发展阶段和利益相关者相耦合。可通过耕地多功能的工程设计、布局优化以及建立耕地保护利益平衡机制等方法提升和显化耕地多功能价值。研究结论:未来的耕地保护工作可以耕地多功能的层次性为指导,依据社会经济发展情况不断提升和显化耕地多功能价值。The purpose of this study is to analyze the levels of the muhi-functions of cultivated land and propose how to protect the multi-functions of cultivated land. Conductive reasoning and documentation methods were employed. The results indicated that the multi-functions of the cultivated land have different levels, which can be classified as basic function and secondary functions. And these functions are coupling with the development of socio-economy and the interests of stakeholders; the value of the multi-function can be explicated and developed by engineering design, layout optimization of multi-function, and the harmony mechanism of interest among different stakeholders. It is concluded that the cultivated land protection can be instructed by the levels of cultivated land multi-functions. The explication and development of the multi-function according to the socio-economy can promote the cultivated land protection.
