摘 要:研究目的:构建村级土地利用规划中的建设用地适宜性评价指标体系,定量评价试点村建设用地适宜性状况。研究方法:基于可拓工程的优度评价法。研究结果:通过优度评价法,计算得出各评价单元的综合优度分值。根据优度值域,结合分值分布的频率直方图,将适宜性分为高度适宜、中等适宜、勉强适宜、暂时不适宜和永久不适宜5个层次。新增建设用地区中75.46%处于高度适宜,其余24.54%处于中等适宜的区域,建设用地适宜性评价结果对于新增建设用地区的选择具有较强的指导意义。研究结论:村级土地规划中的建设用地适宜性评价指标更微观,评价结果具有较强的实用性;优度评价法应用于土地适宜性评价,显示了较好的区分度。The purpose is to establish the index system for assessing the suitability of construction land in land use planning at village level. The method included the Superiority Evaluation Method based on the Extension Theory. The resuhs showed that superiority of every unit could be calculated easily by the Superiority Evaluation Method. And the land suitability could be categorized into high suitability, middle suitability, narrow suitability, temporary unsuitability and permanent unsuitability. Furthermore, 75.46% percent of the incremental construction land belonged to high suitability, and the other 24.54% belonged to middle suitability. The results of the construction land suitability assessment couht serve as good reference for locating the newly-buih construction land. The research conclusions included that the indexes system of construction land suitability assessment in this paper were focusing on micro-level, which was more practicable, and the Superiority Evaluation Method could be well applied to the land suitability assessment.
