摘  要:本文利用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,对内蒙古根河地区寄生于驯鹿皮下的鹿皮蝇Hypodermad如nnⅡ、Ⅲ期幼虫进行了详细的形态学观察及描述,特别是在蝇蛆的伪头、体节刺和气门板结构上给出了重要特征。结果表明:Ⅱ期幼虫典型的形态特征是第1体节背面有一簇长棘,腹面右一簇短棘。而Ⅲ期幼虫伪头Vl裂背侧有两个小的退化肉质突起;第1体节背侧明显具横棘;第10体节腹面仅在后缘出现小棘,前缘裸;后气门呈对称“C”形,表面较平,气门环不闭合。扫描电镜观察发现光镜下所看到的所谓后气门板上圆形或椭圆形的“小气孔”并不是真正的气孑L,而是一个较薄的透明薄膜状结构,膜中央有一和孔长轴平行的气缝。The larval morphology of second and third instar Hypoderma diana, collected from reindeers of Genhe area of Inner Mongolia, especially the characters of the pseudocephalon, the somlte spines and the structure of splraeular plates, were observed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope ( SEM ). The results showed that the first segment of second instar larva had a long spines cluster on the dorsal part and a short spines cluster on the ventral part. But the third instar larva had marked transverse spines on dorsum of the first segment and small spines on the posterior margin of the tenth segment, while the anterior margin was free of spines. Besides, there were also two small fleshy, degenerated protuberances above oral fissure of pseudocephalon of the third instar larva. Their posterior spiracle was "C" in shape and symmetrical, with flat surface and incomplete annulus. The round or oval " small blowhole" on the spiracle, observed with optical microscope, was transparent membrane with a crack in the centre confirmed by SEM. The present study provided an important reference for related teaching and scientific research.
