摘  要:通过正交试验,配制了由阴离子型水解聚丙烯酰胺HPAM 0.3%+有机铬0.06%+YG-103 0.80%+六亚甲基四胺0.06%组成的高效聚合物调驱体系。考察了地层水矿化度、溶液温度,溶液pH等因素对体系成胶性能的影响。结果表明,该调驱体系在小于4 000 mg/L低矿化度、溶液pH小于7及70℃以下的中低温条件下可高效成胶。调驱体系中加入延缓剂SO,可使调驱体系的成胶时间和成胶强度可调。调驱体系封堵性能和驱油效率评价结果表明,封堵率达98.52%,驱油效率提高20.81%。A high efficient profile control and flooding system which consisted of 0.3% partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide,0.06% organic chromium,0.80%YG-103 and 0.06% hexamethylenetetramine was developed through orthogonal test.Some factors such as formation water salinity,solution temperature,pH and etc.which could effect the gel performances were studied.The results showed that the gel system could form gel efficiently when water salinity was less than 4 000 mg/L,pH value was below 7 and temperature was under low-to-moderate conditions.Gel's speed and strength could be controlled when inhibitor SO was added into system.Plugging performance and oil displacement efficiency of the profile control and flooding system were evaluated,and the results showed that the plugging rate could reach 98.52%,and the oil displacement efficiency could be enhanced by 20.81%.
