摘 要:用Ziegler-Natta(齐格勒-纳塔)催化剂对癸烯的聚合行为进行了研究。在聚合温度70℃、压力0.7 MPa,聚合时间3 h条件下,探讨了齐格勒-纳塔催化剂类型、催化剂用量和助催化剂对催化性能的影响。结果表明,以TiCl4/SiO2/(C2H5)1.5AlCl1.5为催化剂,在Al与Ti物质的量比为40时,癸烯转化率达到67%,聚合产物100℃时的运动粘度为85 mm2/s。The behaviors of decene oligomerization catalyzed by Ziegler - Natta catalyst were studied. Theeffects of the type of Ziegler - Natta catalyst, amount of the catalyst, and promoter on the catalysis were investigated under the conditions of temperature 70℃ pressure 0.7 MPa, and reaction time 3 hours. The results showed that the conversion rate of decene was up to 67% and the kinematic viscosity of the decene oligomer was 85 mm2/s at 100 ℃ using TiC4/SiO2( C2H5)1.5AlCl1.5 as catalyst with molar ratio of Al to Ti 40.
