摘　　要：非战争军事行动卫勤法律制度涉及到种类划分、范围和内容的明确、与外军的比较等,进而在完善自身的法制体系中加强法律资源整合,健全相关的法律制度。本文对这些问题加以探讨,以期促进非战争军事行动卫勤目标的达成。Legal system of military operations other than war involved type classification,scope and contents definition and international reference.Based on the above items,we should improve the legal system,such as reinforcing the integration of legal resources,perfecting related laws and regulations.The article made some discussion on the above items,so as to promote the fulfillment of related laws.
