从科技查新看某区医药卫生科研发展现状

摘　　要：目的根据科技查新分析南京军区医药卫生科研状况,为完善该地区的科研管理及建设提供参考依据。方法对军区某医院军队医药卫生科技查新站2005—2010年间完成的查新项目进行统计分析。结果完成的978项查新中,立项查新多于成果查新;国内查新比例较大;学科分类以临床医学、军事医学与特种医学、基础医学为主;中心医院、三甲医院是主要查新客户;申报的评奖课题奖励等级尚不够高。结论建议注重科研多样化发展,争取多出"尖端"科研成果,同时还要加强基层医疗卫生机构的科研力度,提高科研人员对查新工作的认识。Objective To evaluate the status of medical science and research of Nanjing Military Command according to science and technical novelty search,and provide reference for improving management and construction of science and research.Methods Medical science and technical novelty search items accomplished by novelty search station of Nanjing General Hospital were investigated and analyzed.Results In 978 novelty search items,it is more novelty search for scientific research project establishment than for research achievement.Domestic novelty search takes high proportion.The main kinds of discipline are clinical medicine,military medicine and special medicine,preclinical medicine.The main units are military central hospitals and 3A Hospitals.The reward grade of applying research achievement was not so high.Conclusions Paying attention to the multiple development of science and research,achieving high level research,as well as strengthening science and research in primary medical organizations.It also has to improve cognition about novelty search of researchers.
