北方地区农村健康成人基础代谢率的研究

摘　　要：目的测定具有正常体质指数的北方地区农村健康成人的基础代谢。方法通过问卷调查、体格检查、血常规、肝功能、肾功能、甲状腺激素的测定结果挑选出合格的受试者男性女性各40名,在标准化实验条件下,采用k4b2心肺功能测定仪测量其基础代谢率和静息代谢率,以四电极生物电阻抗仪测量体成分。结果20～45岁北方地区农村男性成人的BMR为(4.49±0.37)kJ/kg.h,女性的BMR为(3.66±0.38)kJ/kg.h;20～45岁北方地区农村成人的BMR与体表面积、去脂体重、体重和身高等指标呈显著正相关;20～45岁北方地区农村男性成人的RMR为(4.95±0.47)kJ/kg.h,女性的RMR为(4.91±0.49)kJ/kg.h。结论 20～45岁北方地区农村成人的基础代谢可能受机体构成的影响。本研究建立的基础代谢数据,可为推出我国农村成年人的基础代谢公式和制订我国农村成年人能量推荐摄入量标准提供参考。Objective To measure the basal metabolic of countryside adults with normal constitutional index in north China.Method 40 males and 40 females qualified subjects were selected according to the testing results of questionnatire,physical examination,blood test,liver function,renal function,and thyroid hormone.Under the standardization experiment condition,using k4b2 cardiopulmonary function measuring equipment to detect the basal metabolic rate（BMR） and resting metabolism rate（RMR）.The body composition was measured by bioelectrical impedance analysis.Results The BMR values of male and female at the age of 20 to 45 were 4.49±0.37 kJ/（kg·h） and 3.66±0.38 kJ/（kg·h）,respectively,and it showed significant positive correlation with body surface area（BSA）,fat-free weight（FF）,body weight（W） and height（H）.The RMR values of male and female were 4.95±0.47 kJ/（kg·h） and 4.91±0.49 kJ/（kg·h）.Conclusions The basal metabolism of adults at the age of 25 to 40 years could be influenced by the composition of body.This study established the basal metabolism data and it provided reference for pushing out the basal metabolic expressions and formulating the energy recommendation intake standard.
