铁路旅客艾滋病知晓率调查及宣传方式探讨

摘　　要：目的了解铁路旅客艾滋病知识、态度和行为现状,探索在车站、列车上建立高效艾滋病宣传的方式。方法在列车上按照整群抽样原则随机抽取2 027名旅客进行问卷调查,内容包括旅客基本情况、艾滋病知识态度行为、宣传方式。结果旅客艾滋病知识中"目前艾滋病能够预防"、"不安全性行为可以传播艾滋病"、"共用注射器可以传播艾滋病"知晓率较高,分别为98.9%、89.3%、89.2%;"目前艾滋病不能治愈"知晓率最低为16.5%。"列车员现场宣传"是艾滋病宣传最好的方式占78.2%。结论铁路旅客艾滋病知识总体知晓率较高,但不代表人们了解避免艾滋病传播的具体行为方式,在艾滋病知识宣传中要把传播途径与人们的日常行为方式结合起来进行讲解;列车员现场宣传是最好的艾滋病宣传方式。Objective To understand railway passengers AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior situation,explore to establish high performance propaganda ways at the stations and trains.Method Based on the principles of cluster sampling,2027 passengers were randomly collected and then carried out questionnaire investigation,which contented passengers basic personal information,AIDS knowledge,attitude and behavior,and propaganda ways.Results The AIDS awareness rates of questions about AIDS can be prevented now,unsafe sex can spread AIDS,sharing needles can spread AIDS were 98.9%,89.3% and 89.2%,respectively.The awareness rates of questions about at present AIDS cannot be cured was the lowest,it was 16.5% and 78.2% passengers thought scene propaganda was the best way to publicize the AIDS.Conclusions AIDS awareness rate of passengers was high,but it did not represent they know the specific behaviors avoid AIDS.When propaganda the AIDS knowledge,we could combine transmission routes and daily behavior styles to explain,scene propaganda was the best way to publicize AIDS knowledge.
