摘 要:目的了解石家庄市军团菌感染种型分布特点和优势种型。方法采用微量凝集试验对216名健康体检人员血清标本进行Lp1~Lp10和Lm、Lb型抗体效价测定。结果所测军团菌各种型除Lp2型未检出阳性个体外,其余各型均有阳性检出,健康人群军团菌阳性率为43.98%(95/216),同时感染2~3种血清型者占25.26%。健康人Lp9型阳性率最高(23.43%),其次为Lb(22.73%)、Lm(12.5%),Lp2型未检出阳性。结论石家庄市普遍存在不同种型的军团菌感染,军团菌的诊疗和监测水平的提高应引起有关部门的重视。Objective To learn the distribution characteristics and dominant species of Legionella infection type in Shijiazhuang.Method Adopting microagglutination test to detect the antibody titer of Lp1~Lp10,Lm,and Lb-type in serum of 216 healthy volunteers.Results Various antibody types of Legionella had detected out positive samples except Lp2.The positive rate of Legionella antibody in healthy population was 43.98%(95/216),while 25.26% of population were infected with 2 or 3 positive type.In healthy population,the infection rate of Lp9 was the highest(23.43%),followed by Lb(22.73%) and Lm(12.5%) types.Conclusions Different types of Legionella infection were ubiquity in Shijiazhuang,so relevant departments must pay attention to Legionella diagnose and treatment,and enhance the monitoring level of it.
