摘  要:目的了解积石峡水电站库区鼠种构成情况,研究水库淹没区的灭鼠方法,并对灭鼠效果进行评价。方法化学药物灭鼠,鼠夹法调查密度、综合分析。结果小家鼠为库区优势鼠种。灭鼠前鼠密度为2.95%,灭鼠后鼠密度为0.50%,灭鼠率为83.05%,灭鼠工作取得预期效果。结论库区灭鼠的重点是耕作区和居民区,用溴敌隆灭鼠,适口性好,灭鼠效果比较显著。Objective To understand the species constitute of rat in Jishixia hydroelectric station,research on the deratization ways in submersion area,and evaluation the effect as well.Method Chemicals method was used for deratization,and investigation the rat density by clamps.Results The Mus musculus was the dominant species in this place,rat densities before and after deratization were 2.95% and 0.50%,respectively.The control rate was 83.05%,and effect had achieved the desired results.Conclusions The focal point places of rat control were farming and residential areas.The palatability of bromadiolone was better,and deratization effect was significant.
