摘　　要：目的研究TNF-α对Caco-2细胞表达多聚免疫球蛋白受体(PIGR)和干扰素调节因子-1(IRF-1)的影响。方法用不同浓度的TNF-α刺激Caco-2细胞后,采用Real-time PCR方法检测Caco-2细胞表达PIGR和IRF-1的变化。结果 TNF-α浓度为50、100、200和400 ng/mL时,PIGR mRNA和IRF-1 mRNA的相对含量分别为(3.14±0.14)、(5.23±0.19)、(6.45±0.23)、(8.44±0.18)和(6.20±0.21)、(9.00±0.19)、(10.90±0.23)、(14.50±0.25),与无TNF-α刺激时比较,Caco-2细胞表达PIGR和IRF-1明显增加(P<0.01)。结论 TNF-α上调Caco-2细胞中PIGR和转录因子IRF-1的表达。[Objective ] To study the influence of TNF-α on the expression of PIGR and IRF-1 in Caco-2 cells. [ Methods ] PIGR mRNA and IRF-1 mRNA of Caco-2 cells ,were assayed by quantitative real-time PCR. [ Results ] After Caco-2 cells were stimulated by TNF-α （the dose were 50 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL, 200 ng/mL, 400 ng/mL, respectively）, PIGR mRNA relative content were （3.14±0.14）, （5.23±0.19）, （6.45±0.23）, （8.44±0.18） and IRF-1 mRNA relative content were （6.20±0.21）, （9.00±0.19）, （10.90±0.23）, （14.50±0.25）. PIGR rnRNA and IRF-1 mRNA was significandy increased in Caco-2 cells by the stimulation of TNF-α treatment compared with untreatment （P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusions ] TNF-α upregulates the expression of PIGR mRNA and IRF-1 mRNA in Caco-2 cells.
