摘　　要：目的对经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous verteoroplasty,PVP)治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的疗效进行探讨。方法应用PVP治疗108例169个椎体压缩骨折患者,并观察疗效。结果 108例患者手术均顺利完成,在术后24 h内疼痛明显缓解,所有病例均无出现骨水泥渗漏等并发症。结论 PVP是治疗老年骨质疏松脊椎压缩性骨折的一种简单有效安全的方法,并应注意手术操作。Objective To passes through the skin centrum forming technique（Percutaneous Verteoroplasty,PVP） to treat the old age osteoporosis centrum compression bone fracture the curative effect to carry on the discussion.Methods 108 patients with 169 painful vertebral body fractures were injected polymethyacrylate（PMMA） into the vertebral bodies through pedicle of vertebral arch.Results 108 example patient surgery smoothly completes,in the technique latter 24 hours the ache obvious alleviation,all case of illness not appears complications and so on bone cement leakage.Conclusion It can provide rapid pain relief and spinal stabilization in appropriate patients.However,it must be careful in the operation.
