调脂饮治疗痰瘀互结型高脂血症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察调脂饮治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:按照随机原则,将60例高脂血症患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,采用辛伐他汀胶囊和调脂饮治疗。对照组30例,单独采用辛伐他汀胶囊治疗。疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.33%和83.33%,两组有效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:调脂饮治疗高脂血症临床疗效明显。Objective ： To observe the treatment of Tiaozhi decoction on phlegm and blood stasis hyperlipidemia clinical efficacy. Methods ： The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, of which 30 cases of the treatment group in the use of the Simvastatin capsules using Tiaozhi decoction, the control group Simply useing the Simvastatin capsules. Treatment for 8 weeks. Results ： The treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.33%; the control group, the total effective rate was 83.33%, total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The treatment of Tiaozhi decoction on phlegm and blood stasis hyperlipidemia effect.
