摘　　要：目的:总结周宝宽主任医师辨治瘙痒症经验。方法:以医案形式阐述瘙痒症的病因病机、证型、治法、方药。结果:瘙痒症的病因病机复杂,既有外邪又有内伤及内外邪相合致病,外邪多为风、寒、湿、热;内因为脏腑功能及气血阴阳失调;上述原因导致血热生风,血虚生风,湿热内蕴,风盛作痒,瘀血阻滞等。治疗原则为清热、利湿、凉血、养血、润燥、消风、化瘀、止痒。结论:辨证论治瘙痒症疗效显著。Objective：To summarize syndrome differentiation and treatment experience of pruritus in clinic.Methods：Discuss etiopathogenisis,pathogenesis,pattern of syndrome,method of treatment,formulas and medicinals based on medical records.Results：Etiopathogenisis and pathogenesis of pruritus are complicated,include not only exogenous evil and internal damage,but also coincide of exogenous evil and internal damage,exogenous evil are wind,cold,dampness,hot;intrinsic factor are Zang Fu Functional and Qi blood Yin Yang disorder;those causes result in heat in blood generating wind,hemopenia generating wind,endoretention of damp heat,wind abundant generating itching,stagnation of blood stasis,etc.Treatment principles of pruritus are,eliminating heat,damp elimination,cooling blood,neutralize blood,moisturizing dryness-syndrome,eliminating wind,resolving stasis,relieving itching.Conclusions：Syndrome differentiation and treatment shows a better therapeutic effect for pruritus.
