摘　　要：目的:观察不同教育背景实验者对多发梗塞性痴呆(MID)大鼠的针刺效应及作用机制。方法:栓子注入法建立MID模型,观察"益气调血,扶本培元"针法对正常组、假手术组、模型组、职业针灸师穴位组、职业针灸师非穴组,非职业针灸师穴位组和非职业针灸师非穴组6组大鼠的行为学、体重、己糖激酶(HK)、丙酮酸激酶(PK)和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)活性的影响。结果:职业针灸师穴位组大鼠的逃避潜伏期缩短,体重增加,HK、PK,G6PD活性显著增高(P<0.05)。非职业针灸师组大鼠以上各指标无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:职业针灸师针刺治疗MID作用显著,其机制与上调HK、PK、G6PD活性有关;而非针灸师针刺后无效,这种差异可能与不同教育背景研究人员对于中医理论的理解和针刺技能的掌握程度和实施手法有关。Objective：To investigate the therapeutic effects and mechanism of acupuncture on multi-infarct dementia（MID）rats by researchers with different educational background.Methods：After MID model established by emboli injecting,the behavior,weight,and the activities of hexokinase（HK）,pyruvate kinase（PK）and glucose 6 phosphate dehydrogenase（G6PD）in cortex and hippocampus of rats in normal group,sham-operated group,impaired group,professional acupuncturist acupoint group,professional acupuncturist non-acupoint group,non-acupuncturist acupoint group,and non-acupuncturist non-acupoint group by ＂Yiqi Tiaoxue,Fuben Peiyuan＂acupuncture were detected.Results：The escape latency of professional acupuncturist acupoint group was obviously shortened,the weight was increased,and the activities of HK,PK,and G6PD were enhanced（P〈0.05）.However,these indicators of non-acupuncturist groups were not changed significantly（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of acupuncture on MID rats were obviously different by different researchers,which may be associated with the difference of the comprehension of traditional Chinese medicine theory,the technical skill,and the manipulation of acupuncture.
