摘　　要：目的:反映国内近十年运用中医药治疗乳腺增生病的现状,为进一步治疗乳腺增生病提供思路和依据。方法:运用文献计量学方法,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊数据库,收集中医药治疗乳腺增生病的文献,并对其进行定量分析。结果:共检出有效文献2271篇,分别发表在347种期刊上,以临床研究类文献为主;中药汤剂口服治疗是常用治法。结论:治疗本病临床研究水平偏低;中医机理研究不足,名家经验收集欠缺,需进一步探讨中医机理,寻求诊治乳腺增生病较为统一的方案。Objective ： To learn the use of Chinese medicine treatment status of hyperplasia of breast glands in reeent years, providing ideas and basis for further treatment for hyperplasia of breast glands. Methods ： Search the literatures about the Chinese medicine treatment for hyperplasia of mammary glands in the major databases of CBM and CNKI, having quantitative analysis with the method of Bibliometrie Analysis. Result ： Effective literature articles were found in 2271, were published in 347 journals, and the clinical research literature plays most of the part; decoction is commonly used oral treatment therapies. Conclusion ： The reality of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease is low level of clinical research; lack of Chinese medicine mechanism, lack of the collection of famous experience. We need further explore the mechanism of Chinese medicine, for diagnosis and treatment of hyperplasia of breast glands are more coherent program.
