摘  要:目的:研究四氯化碳性肝损伤小型猪肝脏微循环和舌色的关系,以阐释舌色在肝损伤疾病中的诊断意义。方法:6只中国实验用小型猪,雌雄各半,随机分为两组(每组3只):正常组、模型组,模型组动物按1mg/kg的剂量用CCl4原液一次性腹腔内注射,复制CCl4急性肝损伤模型。正常组动物给予等量生理盐水。动物禁食,但可自由饮水,20h后使用2.5%戊巴比妥钠9mL;速眠新3.0进行动物麻醉,拍摄舌象,使用激光多普勒血流仪进行舌和肝脏微血管血流检测,前腔静脉采血,测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶与丙氨酸氨基转移酶比值(AST/ALT)、总胆红素(Tbil)、直接胆红素(Dbil);HE染色观察肝组织病理变化。结果:四氯化碳性肝损伤小型猪符合急性肝损伤的病理特点。该模型舌色表现黯红色,其形成机制与微循环障碍有关。四氯化碳性肝损伤模型存在肝脏和舌的微循环障碍,通过舌色可间接了解肝脏微循环情况。结论:四氯化碳性肝损伤小型猪的舌色呈黯红色,其形成机制与微循环障碍有关,可间接反应该病肝脏微循环状况。Objective:To study the relation of tongue colour and liver microcirculation in the mini-swine of hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride.Methods:Six chinese mine-swines,3 males and 3 females,were randomly divided into two groups,normal group and model group,3 swine in each group.The swine in the model group was administrated by intraperitoneal injection of 1mg/kg carbon tetrachloride.The animal in the control group was administrated with equal volume of saline.After 20 hours fasting,each swine was anethetized,and the picture of the tongue was taken,microvascular blood flow on the tongue and the liver was detected with a laser Doppler blood flowmeter,blood was taken from the precaval vein,serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(Tbil)and direct bibirubin(Dbil)were determined,pathological changes of the liver were investigated by means of HE staining.Results:The tongue colour of the hepatic injury was dark red,the mechanism is related with microcirculation disturbance.There is microcirculation disturbance in the liver and tongue in this model.Conclusion:The tongue colour of the mini-swine with hepatic injury induced by carbon tetrachloride is dark red,whose mechanism is related with microcirculation disturbance.The tongue colour can indirectly reflect liver microcirculatory state.
