并有糖调节受损的代谢综合征中医病因病机探讨

摘　　要：并有糖调节受损的代谢综合征的产生主要与过食肥甘,安逸少动,情志所伤,痰浊内阻等因素有关,且是共同作用的结果。其主要处在MS病程的早期和中期,主要涉及脾、肝两脏,病机为肝郁脾虚,气阴两虚为本,痰热互结为标,且互为因果,相互作用和影响,最终导致MS病程的进展,病情的加重。Metabolic syndromes combined with impaired glucose regulation, may be caused by kinds of reasons such as high-fat diet, less excereises, messy moods and phlegm congestion. It primarily in the course of the early and mid-MS, mainly involved spleen and liver. The natural pathogenesis is depressed liver caused weak spleen, Qi and Yin deficiency, phlegm combined with heat as appearance. Both of them influence mutually and eventually leading to the aggravation of the disease condition.
