摘　　要：作者对近年来有关慢性鼻窦炎FESS术后中医证型和相关研究方法的文献进行研究,试图探寻FESS手术前后中医证型变化的规律,并探讨FESS手术对中医证型变化的影响,探索慢性鼻窦炎FESS术后中医证型研究思路。我们发现目前研究的不足之处,是尚无统一中医辨证证型和证型研究缺乏客观量化指标,影响了疗效判定的一致性和可靠性。The author study the recent literature, which is about Postoperative TCM Sydrome of Sinusitis FESS and the research method, attempts to find regular of TCM syndrome type changes around the FESS operation, and investigate the effect of FESS operation on TCM syndrome type change, explore Research thought about Postoperative TCM Sydrome of Sinusitis FESS. We found that the disadvantages of present research, It is no unified TCM Typing According to syndrome differentiation and syndrome research lack of objective quantitative index, influence the treatment decision consistency and reliability.
